I so loved the adventurous menu and the profusion of little tasters inbetween the first time round that I started finding as many reasons as possible to go back to Artisan and its offers. Birthdays, thank yous, hard week at the office etc.... I love food and this is good. The service is friendly and efficient. The wine that accompanies the offer is delicious and heady - I went for the red. In the evening the champagne was also good. Coffee comes with a delightful assortment of petit fours and the bill comes with a chocolate tree. I have been at least 6 times and I'm just waiting for the next birthday celebration or excuse. I recommended this to my friends and they loved it too. And my vegetarian friend enjoyed her option. Its a fantastic deal.

Went for dinner last night with three other girlfriends of mine, all of which a food lovers, and I must say none of us finished our starters or the strange appetisers in between. The main courses where less fancy, one cannot really go wrong with a grilled sea bass and mash. Dessert, I have not even dared to touch. To sum up, Artisan in my opinion is one of those places that tries to hard, but forgets that basic flavours is what our palletes recognise and enjoy the most …

4 of us went there for lunch today and were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful an experience we had at Artisan! Each of the 'amuse bouche' presented before every course was very artistically done and illicited oohs and aahs from us - the chocolate tree at the end especially!

With delicious food and wonderful service, this is a must try for everyone - especially given it is so affordable and with such fantastic ambience/service!

Our recent visit to Artisan was by no means faultless but it was superb recession proof value that I haven't seen bettered by anyone. The £32.50 deal is a truly exceptional wallet friendly experience and after taking a long time to find a catch we decided to go for it. We received a free glass of champagne on arrival and then were served three courses from a set menu with rounds of amuse bouche after each course. We spent well under £100 for the both of us and left feeling very satisfied indeed. Many thanks

i had lunch at artisan. overall the food was good. little touches let them down: the bread was not warm and a request for mustard never arrived as promised by the manager??? the lobster and fish were very good. i would go back and hope the service would improve on the 2 points i mentioned.

I took a friend here for lunch and took advantage of their lunch time special offer. (2 courses and a gladd of house wine). The service was attentive and the many little touches like a little cone of popcorn on arrival followed by eel dipped in a jar of horseradish sauce made this a very special lunch time treat. I had pilchards to start followed by lemon sole. Although we did not have dessert we were offered a number of little chocolates from a 'table tree' and then given a cute box of truffles to take with us as we left. Even the house wine was generously served and tasted good. Overall, the service was fantastic, the extra little touches made a normal lunchtime meal special and the food was delicious. All this for a mere £15 per head makes this a very nice west end find.

I returned to Artisan last week for my wedding anniversary and am glad to have done so.

The service and attention to detail at Artisan is fantastic; staff are welcoming and the hospitality extends to numerous amuse bouches and palate cleansers served throughout the meal; it is easy for restaurants to neglect diners on a set menu in this way, at times - but not at Artisan. Highlights were a chicken pate in mini-brioche and smoked salmon to be dipped in a jar of horseradish cream and - underneath - what I think was cranberry.

To start, I had a terrine of duck, with black cherry and toast. The mix of flavours was good, as was the texture of the duck. Unfortunately, it was let down by toast from mediocre bread which was slightly burnt on one side. This was followed by zingy palate cleansers with cheese and popping candy.

My main course was sea bream in a mussel sauce with broad beans, a wonderful creamy mash and broccoli. This was generally good - although the seam bream was a little salty. However, it was not as memorable as main courses eaten by myself and my family at Artisan previously. A green apple jelly with mandarin palate cleanser followed, which was appreciated.

Pudding was superb and was my highlight course. It was chocolate decadence, decorated with a personalised message, mango-like crisps and solid chocolate bits. It was terrific. The theme of chocolate was continued with a selection of artisan chocolates dripping from a decorative metal tree: another example of Artisan's exceptional attention to detail.

This was all washed down with a glass of complimentary champagne and a good bottle of Jurancon Sec from the comprehensive wine list.

I felt that my first and second courses were not quite as imaginative and special as previous dishes enjoyed at Artisan - and my husband felt the same about his vegetarian options. Next time, I will go for the more varied a la carte menu - and there WILL be a next time, as Artisan is a special and wonderful place to dine. Previously, the overall experience has been the best I have ever had in London and it's the type that inspires loyalty in a diner.

Me and my partner went to this restaurant yesterday and i must say i was truly intrigued by their service. One word for the service, food and atmosphere; Superb. I made a booking for this restaurant based on the comments from other diners and boy they are not wrong when they say this is a experience of a lifetime.

We had canapes as a pre-starter to every meal, and they just melt in your mouth. I ordered the venison and my partner ordered the filo pastry with goats cheese, and they both were excellent and cooked to perfection.

If you ever feel like fine dining and in desperation of trying a new restaurant , please please try this restaurant. I certainly know i will be going back there again.

I had dinner at Artisan with friends last night, a truly enjoyable experience! Food was superb, service was brilliant, and what impressed me most was the immaculate presentation of each single course that was served. And the pure taste. Congratulations to the Chef Andrew Jones.

We only had one bottle of wine, but the sommelier was there to help with advice, should we have wanted to taste more.

Will certainly dine at Artisan again.
