Took my wife here for her birthday and had a wonderful time. Service was excellent, the waiters were very attentive, and the food was served promptly. I had the wild mushroom for starter and Devonshire lamb for the main course, both of which were delicious and cooked to perfection. It's worth noting that small tasting entrees are served in between courses which are a very nice touch.
The atmosphere was nice, very relaxed and not too prentious, perfect for a romantic meal. I would definitely go back here again, and would recommend anyone to try Artisan

10/10
This place was out of this world, can't fault it on anything. The service is fantastic, the food's amazing, so so tasty.
Can't wait to go back. We went on a 50% off deal and it was seriously good value. Went on a Sat night and they even had a £25 for 3 course menu on.
You will not be disappointed, one of the best restaurants we've been to in London.

My wife and I had our New Year's meal at Artisan - our first visit and were delighted with the special fixed 5 course menu, easily on a par with some of the Michelin starred restaurants in London. Will certainly be booking again. Service friendly and not overly attentive.

At a lunch recently, we were very warmly welcomed and seated at a reasonably located table-under the skylights.
The meal was most acceptable in all respects. My Hd'O was the rabbit whatever and my friend the Foiegras- the FG needed to be a tad warmer to release more flavours. On mains i had chicken-excellent and my friend had Lamb-also good. The desserts were quite a long time coming which ended up getting boring having to wait. The M'd did all he could to gee things up.
The wine list seemed eye-wateringly steep- £38.00 for a bottle of Prosecco- are they having a laugh. The basic red was £26.00 a bottle., and anything remotely interesting was nudging into the fifties.
We asked for coffee in the lounge, which was no trouble. Furthermore we were offered free liquors each - I guess to compensate for the slow desserts. When it all arrived I reckoned the Cognacs were probably doubles !!
In view of the fact that you get 50% knocked off the food bill it makes eating there very good value and a pleasant experience. Just be warned - the wine prices are very Mayfair!

I took my little sister to Artisan recently for her 18th birthday and we had a fantastic time.
The food was stunning, the service excellent and there is a lovely ambience to the place.
For this level of quality, it is good value for money. To give an idea, we went 'all out' and enjoyed champagne, wine, all courses, and irish coffee's and our bill should have come to just under 170 GBP but we benefited from an offer and it came to 116.
I would highly recommend this establishment, I certainly intend to return.

This place is truly brilliant.
The chance to be able to enjoy a 3 course meal with wine for £35 per head including service in such an expenisive area of town cannot be ignored!
I eat regularly at 'The Square' which is some 200 yards from Artisan, I do love 'The Square' but it is 3 times the price for the same quality of food!
Go for lunch or dinner quick before they take the offer away!

This is a lovely restaurant. The setting is gorgeous and it's in a lovely part of town. The service was perfect - very friendly, but not overly so.
And the food? On the whole it was very nice. The foie gras was a little spoilt by burnt toast, which is a shame because the prune compote it came with was delicious. Our main courses were both delicious - dover sole and halibut, both a pleasure. Our deserts were both very good too. They also gave a few complimentary courses - gazpacho soup, mini raspberry desert and petit fours - all delicious and very welcome. The only downside was the price - it is expensive. We particularly didn't think the mains were worth £25 each - but I guess you are paying for the area... (and we snuck in on the last night of a 50% off the food offer, so we can't grumble)
Overall a delightful evening, and we came out feeling very satisfied and even a little affection for the restaurant!

Went here on a Saturday evening in February. Restaurant was largely empty so no real buzz but we were looking for a quiet evening anyway. Maitre'd was very friendly (maybe even too much for my style). Overall impression was they tried hard, even if they didn't get everything right (eg, they served my wife my starter and vice versa).
Didn't have my first choice wine but came up with a reasonable alternative from the same region.
Starters were decent - I had the Dutch eel with horseradish/beet and the scallops seemed good as well.
Had the lamb as main course - very tasty, appropriately cooked but a little on the small side. The black leg chicken was excellent.
For desert, the banana coffee torte didn't really work as a combination. The chocolate cake was absolutely fine.
Overall, we enjoyed the experience and thought it was reasonable value fro money (all in, our meal with some expensive wine, came to about £165).

Amazing decor, beautifully presented food, the Rabbit with black pickled mouli and Pommery mousseline was my highlight... Very knowledgable staff and slick service - thoroughly enjoyed.
