your comments review this restaurant and win a bottle of champagne

I have nothing but negative things to say about your staff, service and organisation.

I paid £200 for a VIP package in the White Room and from that would expect VIP treatment. It was my 21st birthday which I chose to celebrate with 16 girlfriends and it was completely ruined by tigertiger. Every aspect of the evening was appalling and went from bad to worse.

Firstly I had to chase staff around asking if we could actually have our package-included drinks. I spent 15 minutes being directed to various people to ask for our round of shots.

We finally had our drinks, we then all left our table (and our jackets, belongings and the included champagne and vodka from the package) to go for a cigarette/use the toilet. As the final member of my party left the area we re-hooked the rope across.

We returned 10 minutes later to find a group of middle aged men sitting in our area. They had thrown our possessions on the floor and were drinking my birthday champagne. I told them that I had paid £200 for this area, and it was reserved for my friends only. They were rude and made derogatory comments towards me and one man threw something (a cork I think) at my head.

I was shocked and stunned that a group of men old enough to be my father would treat me like this when I had (in my opinion politely enough) told them to get out. However I decided to get rid of them through the bouncers so asked one of my friends to get security.

Meanwhile as 4 of my friends went in search of bouncers, the remainder of my party stood in the VIP trying to clamber under the table past the men for our belongings that had been thrown on the floor. One of my friends dresses was then pulled up as she bent down under the table and lewd comments were made along the lines of “while you’re down there love” by the men. She was obviously and understandably distressed and upset by this, as we all were.

By the time my friends returned with the bouncers things had got very lairy. We were very angry that my friend had been harassed in this way in OUR paid for area. There was a lot of noise and commotion and people shouting. I approached a bouncer saying “I’m Emma Acott I paid for this party there should be no men here just girls” he then put his palm in my face before I could finish my sentence and told me to “Shut up”.

I was by this point absolutely fuming. Do you call this VIP?? I had paid £200 for a so far appalling VIP service and we had been harassed by a group of old men and nothing was done about this.

I then looked over to the other bouncers who just appeared to be dithering about. Any time they would listen to anyone they seemed to be favouring the men’s views over ours.

I was then approached by a man in a suit who I assume was the head bouncer/manager. He was the first person to actually begin to listen to what I was saying. He had his back to the table facing me and I saw behind me one of the men pour a bottle of red mixer over 2 of my friends.

We then had enough and all began shouting at the bouncers, which resulted in me and my friends being kicked out leaving the men to have my VIP area and all my drinks.

Just to summarize, a group of girls out enjoying themselves for a 21st birthday were harassed, verbally abused, ignored by staff, had drinks stolen from us and then thrown over us, and to top it off kicked out leaving a group of men who hadn’t paid the £200 to enjoy our area and drinks for the rest of the night. This happened at 10 O’CLOCK. We had been in the club for 1 hour.

tigertiger is an appalling place. But the worst part of it by far is the staff. They did not care about us at all and made that clear. they are money grabbers and i am currently in the process of taking legal action against them as they have refused to offer any compensation and are ignoring my calls and emails.

After a matinee show at the theatre, we turned up for our 5.30pm pre-booked table. With no-one at the front desk, we went over to the desk at the bar to ask about our reservation and were just told to ‘Wait over there’ as the staff member waved her hand in a general direction. Returned as instructed and hovered next to a booth set for three, putting our bags down, to overhear a waitress, who had turned up, comment from behind us ‘Some people just think they can sit anywhere’. Male waiter approached and went to check our booking for two, and on his return commented sarcastically ‘You can’t sit there – IS there three of you?’ Looking around, there were four other people in this almost deserted restaurant! We moved to a small table for two, and were handed the menus, to then hear the waitress again complaining about us. At this remark, we decided to leave.

After our experience, I would not recommend this restaurant if you want to have a pleasant evening.

Worst club ever, rude customer service, we had to wait an hour and a half for our finger food.

Also got in trouble with the door bouncer because we left our bags on the table and he literally started grabbing the bag to bring them to the cloakroom which is invading my property and showing that he wanted to make more money on my handbag. He got really upset when I told him to back off. Its dirty totally overpriced for what u get the cocktails are horrendous I could do them better.

One has to get super drunk to bear the location.

Worst night ever. I never ever go back there pretending to be the hottest location in London but come on we all know its just dirty tiger tiger.
