Jun Ming

Food, service and price are all excellent. The eat-as-much-as-you-like menu is a great offer. I went as a group for celebrating my anniversary and i enjoyed my night a lot thanks to jun ming. I recommend this restaurant as a number 1 choice.

I organised a large group of friends to meet for a meal at this restaurant and were accomodated with ease. I had read these reviews and was very hopeful that we would have a great time.

The problems started when we were presented with menus. There were no prices and we soon realised this was an all-you-can-eat menu. When we enquired about the menu advertised on their website we were then provided with a different menu.

The staff taking the orders were polite, but confused things massively. It was not clear who on the table had ordered the set all-you-can-eat. Several starters were ordered and the staff told the remainder of the table that their starters had been ordered on their behalf by others on the table. Some of the plates on the table were removed and when the starters arrived we began to get strange looks from staff as we ate. I requested a plate and was told I could not eat the food on the table becuase it was for people who had ordered the all-you-can-eat menu only.

From this point on we had attentive staff to the table, but it seemed much of this was to check on who was eating what and this created an unfriendly atmosphere.

On complaining to the manager he appologised, but reiterated that those who had ordered the all-you-can-eat could only eat certain dishes.He agreed that the table should have been offered one menu or the other. I feel this ruined our meal and took the point away from why we were there. There was no form of compensation or good-will gesture despite our large spend and I can't help but feel that their priority in attending our large group was financial only.

I am sure a smaller group would have a much better time here. unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anybody and won't be going back.

This restaurant is a gem, the staff are so efficient, the food is always spot on and the atmosphere is great.

Absolutely amazing!! food was cooked fast and service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys good chinese food. Will definitely return soon! Great restaurant.

i am a regular costumer at jun ming and all of it is excellent i would always recommended this to so many people, i organised my daughter's birthday there and had no problems and to find this amazing because she is a very fussy girl. Their food was brilliant, especially the crispy duck, always my favorite and their service was also really good and i am a person who doesn't exaggerate stuff but say the stuff that i really truly mean.

I have nothing but negatives for the owner of this establishment, recently moving from Kazachstan I have many problems and upsets here.

Just these evenings, I purchased unbeknown many, but not too many foods from which only became apparant at end of evenings, bad times.... We had a starter, 3 beers, some water, and a very crispy duck. To my suprise and anxietys seeing bill made me come out in a sweat, i had not bring enough monies to afford this extortionate price for something so little.

In the end most upsetting evenings, and will be returning to motherland upset and disapoint.
