This is such a bad place that I will strongly discourage anyone to ever go. The staff is so unprofessional and rude and food is bad and bland. However, it is so cold inside that one gets a cold after spending a few hours there...

This is the worst food I ever had in London with the worst service! We waited for 55 minutes to get two burgers and didnt even get an excuse. When I asked about food after 45 minutes, the reply was 'that's not my fault' and then after 55 minutes we had to terrible burgers: the beef was burned (like coal), the chips were almost raw and then a bit of lettuce on the side. And not an excuse or anything from staff.

It's a shame, it really is. This is a nice looking bar with friendly customers. However, the staff are so incredibly rude,, the whole experience is ruined. I have been here twice. The first time they were just incompetent, disinterested and quite rude. The second time, the barman was shouting at people. Not just me and my friends, but others also. In fact he became quite the talk of the bar. I have literally never encountered service that bad in all my life. Avoid (trust me!)
