Visited 18th August 2006: The restaurant was nice and the waiting staff polite. The food was good but expensive.

However, there was a really awful smell in the ladies toilets, like something was rotting away. Very very unpleasant.

We arrived at this restaurant with my partner and his sister, the food was great, excellent atmosphere but the service was absolutely awful. The waiter that was looking after us the whole night was down right rude. If we ordered more drinks it seemed that we were wasting his precious time in even asking. If we asked a question he would just ignore us or snap an answer back. We complained to the manager and the manager just gave an excuse of he was having a bad day. The service ruined the rest of the evening that could have been good....

Walked in to what seemed like a very busy and vibrant pizza express in the heart of the west end on a friday night, only to be greeted by a very cheery and friendly waiter who then referred us to a moody waitress who preceeded to take us through the kitchens to the back of the restaraunt and then down some stairs to a spare room painted white and given a selection of dishes which very rarely get sold on their main menu, my missus' sloopy guisepee had very little beef on it.... and the salad was swarming in pesto to disguise the brown lettuce beneath, we were rushed through these dishes and had to stand up in order to obtain a drink....

The reason behind this....... because i booked a meal/theatre combo via last minute.com...... in future i'll do the theatre meal deal but will choose another restaraunt instead.... ps I recommend Blood Brothers...!!
