I have lived in Soho for 14 years, and whenever I want to eat out, naturally think of the three or four favourite places I like to eat. The Soho Pizzeria is definitely one - unpretentious, a live music venue and ambience that is, frankly, quite rare. The staff have mostly been there for a long time - isn't it great to go to a restaurant where the staff get to know you? - and this all adds to the generally good atmosphere. This place is a gem. Does great pizzas and pasta too!

Came across the pizzeria by accident! The best mistake I've made - (so far!)......

Have been frequenting the pizzeria for a couple of years now and wouldn't eat anywhere else when visiting the capital. The atmosphere is perfect, sometimes bustling but great ambience. The staff are helpful and very friendly and have always found them to be this way.

We get on to the food! Mmmm......best pasta I have tasted! Obviously home made and fresh. The pizzas are delicious too. A good selection. Not a vast menu admittedly but with this menu in situ who needs more choice!! I've sampled both pizza and pasta and can never decide what to have!

Have even introduced my son to The Soho Pizzeria and now he is a frequent diner when frequenting London - along with his mates!

Give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

Pizza in Soho just seems to be the perfect way, and place to have your pizza!

The pizzas are tasteful, wellprepared, and they are served in a proper way! And even with a touch of music, not to loud and not to quiet.

I have been to Soho Pizza a huge numbers of times, and every time I have had the same experience, absolutely the best! :o) I have been there several times with my children as well, and also had the same experience. (Boys at 9 and 12.)

The staff there are always ever so kind, and they have time to have a chat both to us, as adults, and also to have a chat to the children! Although they are busy!

I must say 10 out of 10! No doubt!

You really would miss something, if you just passed by that place. You deserve to go in there to have a meal! :o) Enjoy your meal!

Have dined in Soho Pizzeria a few times now and thoroughly enjoyed each experience - that's until last night. Granted it was a Friday night and very busy but that doesn't excuse the attitude of our waiter! Before being seated we stood ignored at the entrance for 10 minutes before we decided to approach a waiter and ask what the wait time would be for the next available table. When finally seated we ordered pizza and pasta (both lovely) with a salad. We were seated beside the food counter and could see the salad but for whatever reason we didn't get it when it was ready - instead it arrived when we had finished out meals. All in all we weren't very satisfied with the service and as such this time decided against leaving a tip since the service was nothing to be thankful for. When leaving the waiter approached me asking where I was from and did I not understand that in this country (from which he obviously does not originate!) it is customary that I should leave a few pounds for him on the table as a tip. When we explained why no tip was given this time his response was that he would make sure not to serve us the next time! We were utterly offended and spoke to the manager explaining our dissatisfaction, not only with the service but with this additional insult. Unfortunately for the waiter he will not have a choice to serve us again - we won't be back!

It is what it is; cheap, cheerful and convenient.

I thouroughly enjoy the fact that it is loud and all the tables are close together - it adds character.

Service is usually efficient without being intrusive. If you want a sterile place where you can hear a pin drop or have a choice 70 items on the menu, this is not for you.

Food is good compared to some of the places you find in central London and at the price I think it's good value.

Simple, resonably priced Italian food and wine is what they aim for and that's what they deliver.

This is a lovely little restaurant in the heart of Soho serving Excellent pizzas at really good value. Pizza Hut or Express this is not. The service was really good - I'm always impressed when a waiter can remember who ordered what when he brings out your meal and they were very accomodating to the fact that we all wanted to pay seperately on our cards instead of cash! Didnt have to wait too long for our food or to get the bill.

The table are close together, but the place is only small. You can see the chefs cooking the food in front of you which is really cool.

A+

I will be going back here again

I've only had good meals here, staff have always been very friendly, in the evening you have live music which adds to the normally busy Italian atomosphere. Food is reasonably priced for central London too.

This place does a job. The menu is a bit limited but the food was good enough and it's fairly priced. There's decent live music, if a shade too loud, which prevents the atmosphere from being too stale. The decor is a bit plain and the tables are a little crammed together in places but overall I was happy enough.

Bad service ruins what could be a pleasant atmosphere at this venue.

The food is OK for central London and the prices reasonable but use this site to find something better if you have the time.
