Not many restaurants serve such a variety of fake meat dishes, all of which taste good. The venue is a little tacky and needs some tlc, and the service isn't great. But if you're looking for a value, vegan nosh-up then this is the place for you!

I’ve been going to this restaurant for years, and it’s one of my favourites. I can’t go too often, though, as it’s all you can eat for £6 and I really tend to pig out. It’s handy for a quick bite before or after the theatre, cinema and latenight shopping in Oxford Street.
The best thing about it, in my opinion, is the anticipation of what is going to be on the buffet that night: will it be roast ‘pork’, sweet and sour ‘prawn’ balls, ‘beef’ in black bean sauce or the “mysterious crispy duck” (their words)..? The ‘king prawns’ are a welcome new addition to the menu, although they would be nicer hot. I’ve been vegetarian for nearly twenty years, but the ‘meat’ in its many varieties is definitely the main attraction for me. The vegetable dishes are OK, and they do some very nice teas which I haven’t seen anywhere else.
The ambience in the restaurant isn’t great: the tables are crowded together and it’s invariably too hot or too cold inside. The service was never anything to write home about, and seems to have got worse over the years. The staff don’t really seem to want to interact with customers at all any more.
But that’s fine by me: I’m quite happy just to interact with the food!

An all you can eat for £5 in London is almost unheard of and very welcome.
The choice is great and everything from fake beef to prawns was a real surprise. Plenty of noodle and rice dishes as well.
Not going to impress like a "real" 3 course restaurant for an evening meal but for busy people on a day out in london you will be hard pressed to beat this.
So good we had two plates full!
The one in Camed is just as good as well.
