GAY Bar

The G.A.Y bar is everything one might imagine it is if one had, in the past visited the club.Owned by Jeremy Joseph, he along with his team have created a little slice of hedonistic fun all week round when young clubbers are craving the delights of the club during the week.Although the decor is simplistic and their are no paticular comfortable areas to relax, the atmosphere is such that you soon forget you are standing and have perhaps waited 10 minutes to get served at the bar. The crowd, in general, is of the younger variety with a few girls added to the mix and a definate feeling that this is a place to visit should you be inclined to go on a "mad one"- perhaps somebodies birthday is the perfect exscuse as their seemed to be more groups of people than couples and singles......i would say not a place to find "the one"! My friends and i liked the fact that their is a cloak room should you have come straight from work and also 3 levels to explore. A large screen dominates the ground floor bar where they show an interesting mix of videos and stage shows....always a talking point when the conversation turns to the subject of the age of fellow drinkers and you are feeling a bit old perhaps.A fun place to visit and reasonably priced.
