Very disappointing. Cafe Rouge brand not what is used to be. We went yesterday, eight adults and two children. The restaurant was half empty - on a sunny bank holiday - but the service was still slow and indifferent. Staff forgot several orders, brought things out late or out of synch and no one seemed responsible for our table, or willing to communicate with other staff. Moules were made from poor quality ingredients. Staff were not surprised when we knocked off the service charge, seemed they were used to it. Shame
