Tootsies (Wimbledon)

I first went to Tootsies a couple of months ago on a 2 for 1 and commented on their good quality food it was delicious.

But when I went back last week I had to walk through a haze of smoke (people smoking outside) we coughed and spluttered our way into the Restaurant, same on the way out.

Its such a shame that a good restaurant in Wimbledon (anywhere really) is marred by having to put up with these dreadful smokers who have no concern about the effect it has on others and actually spoils a good meal and drink, having to put up with other peoples ingested smoke YUK!!!!! can actually taste the smoke ! this makes it impossible to eat alfresco on a summers evening, I wouldn't even enjoy a coffee.

I think after all the 2 for 1s have expired the people who went there to enjoy the food will have faded. The smoke does actually waft thru as the door is opened YUK !!!! Invariably Im not giving a fair marking.
