Curry Royal

I had recently visited Curry Royal and I found it amazing! it was the best curry i ever had in 30 years!

i ordered a dish call 21 it had no name it, guess what i found that superb! My wife had a dish called kalirla the best curry! i am telling you i am recommending this restaurant to all my friends and family!

Exceptionally good quality curry

The quality and presentation of the food is spot-on. The serving staff are attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant has tasteful décor and decent air-conditioning.

Vegetarians are well catered for; the veggie Thali was absolutely delicious, but it was a huge portion Even the nan - usually included with a thali, My friend declared the lamb to be amongst the best they had ever had.

So the bottom line is that this is a fantastic restaurant and you'll get a deliciously memorable curry at Curry Royal I wish I could afford to eat there every week!

I have been going to the Curry Royal for years and i must say, it is certainly one of the better ones anyone can wish to go to. the service to me and my guests has always been first class.I have seen all the changes through the years with chutneys next door etc and the present set-up is pretty hard to fault.i always seem to bump into old schoolfriends when i go there, who have been regulars themselves,which tells you enough.we had our cricket do in there a while back and will defo be doing it again.the only problem is that since i moved i don't get there often enough but always pop my head in once in a while.everyone should try it, highly recommended.

Curry Royal is a great Indian cuisine. the food is greatly appetizing. i have had many friends go-to this restaurant and only be able to tell me how nice the food and hospitality has been. one of the best cuisines i have been to.

this was one of the most terrible, if not horrifying experiences i've had in a restuarant. the initial welcome was warm and the manager offered to make my friend tea as it was not on the menu.

we later got served by an unbelievably rude and heavy handed waiter (whose name i wish i had in order to make a formal complaint) who wouldn't stop muttering under his breath in bengali, which i could understand fully.

i was utterly amazed and outraged by this waiters service, i didn't pay tip and i would tell anyone and everyone to avaoid this place at all cost.

i'd rather spend a quid at tesco on some bogstandard food then waste my money here. its a real shame as the food was good

Avoid this restaurant like a plague. Went there after reading a good review, but was appalled to see the level of service. The waiter was rude and lacked basic manners. Even though we had plenty of time to order, the waiter insisted that the kitchen was about to close and hurried us to order. When the food came it was cold and lacked any authenticity. They even did not allow us to finish our lunch properly and brought our bill. Was really embarrassed as I had invited two guests for lunch. Will never ever go there again.

One of the best curry houses i've ever had , I had dish call 21 it was fantastic i've been eating curry though out all my life i have reconised this is the best curry house i've ever been to.

On a visit to London from New Zealand, and having sampled many curry houses around the world, I would say that this restaurant isn't certainly one "out of the box". Enjoyed the great atmosphere, great food, great staff and small bill at the end
