Dishoom (King's Cross)

A third openings for Dishoom in what is fast becoming a dining destination in its own right behind King's Cross Station. The space is massive with a buzzing basement bat The Permit room and the same charm and Bombay cafe decor as its other locations. Cocktails, lassis (mango & fennel) and food all excellent especially the lamb chops (watch out Tayyabs), paneer rolls & keema pau. The actual curry is just average. Portions are medium sized but pretty filling but you'll want to order a few dishes as there is so much to try. Service was choppy as it was soft opening but 50% off everything sweetened that. We need more Dishooms in London, far better than the usual curry shop schlop and high street chains.
