The poorest quality Nandos branch that I have ever experience.

3 of us ordered a whole chicken & it came with a burnt chicken. It was 70% covered in black. So I requested another one (The staff was trying to avoid me when i called her)

5 mins later they served another one which didn't look like a BBQ chicken - the skin was very pale and soft (very extreme diff of both chicken). We ate it anyway because we were in a rush. However while we were eating we realised the whole chicken was not properly cooked. We only ate the outer part!

We had been this branch for a few times and never had the best experience.

Avoid this branch and for same menu and same prices, go to another branch just 5 mins drive away - Colliers Wood industrial shopping area, same row as Starbucks. It has much better quality prepared food and services.

My first Nando's experience and I was dissapointed.

I liked the efficiency of service, paying upon order so there was not waiting for the bill and serving staff were excellent. I ordered half a chicken, worried that it might be too much, my wife ordered the same. When it arrived we each had 2 "quarters" however neither of the 4 quarters had legs or much breast. This lack of food was reflected in the sides - there was a small portion of very poor processed chips, small bowl of tasteless peas, and a small bowl of coleslaw. My beer was also overpriced for the price. The chicken was Ok, if a bit dry, but overall, the meal was not worth the £30 I paid - £20 would have been the limit.
