The Polka Theatre and Cafe is a godsend for rainy days in Wimbledon. The cafe offers decent adult panini and jacket potatoes as well as kiddie fare, with grown-up tables and train carriages for kids to sit in. You can play in the foyer, colour in, read books, go out into the playground and have a snack in the cafe - served by the lovely Kasia - without having to go for an actual show at all. The only criticism would be that there could be more healthy food for the kids - too many sweeties, etc.

@Mcmoop A great read! Wish there was more Cambodian food in London - only know of Lemongrass NW1 that does it.
