Buonasera

Buonasera is a lovely restaurant that serves some really good REAL Pizzas. The service is fast, but without it feeling as if they are hurrying you along. A real Pizza should be pretty speedy after all, with a good hot oven!

Nice simple layout, not a huge deal to look at, but the food and overall happy atmosphere makes for a great evening. Also half bottles of wine are available for some types of wine - very helpful if you are out for lunch and dont want to overdo it.

In warmer weather it is worth trying to get there in time for an outside table, which is great fun on the Northcote Road, and gives a holiday feel to the evening.

Fantastic, friendly staff, and genuine Italian atmosphere.
