The Real Greek Souvlaki & Bar Clerkenwell

My wife and I, recently had dinner at the Real Greek, and we were somewhat disappointed. The food is well prepared and tasty, but the portions were skimpy.

Service was slow and inattentive.

we came hungry and left hungry.

Food is quite tasty, however portions are small. We found if quite expensive for what it was.

Atmosphete distinctly lacking on our two visits (we live close by), possibly as we were almost the only people in the resto.

I wouldn't rush to go back there again.

Visiting London and recommended to try lunch time take out and enjoy the sun. Quick efficient service and great food. Went back a couple of evenings later and again a great experience. Good food, great staff. Would highly recommend.

This place is great. It has always delivered and I recomend it to everyone I know. The food is great and it has a nice atmosphere. I have been about 10 times in the last year and it is still great.

Went tot Real Greek with group of friends for belated Christmas party. Food was great, atmosphere excellent and friendly bunch of staff. Thoroughly enjoyed evening thanks to all involved and would highly recommend.

I love this place it is one of those few restaraunts that I feel is what it is in London. I have had 3 parties in the place and loved them all. Highly recomend this one.

Not really an authentic Greek dining experience (said as a Greek): overpriced, stingy portions, service mediocre at best. This is a place to go when you need a snack after a night's drinking, not for a meal.

And even Greek restaurants have ketchup- its absence here is a bizarre affectation, or scam to get you to pay extra for their pepper dip, depending on your view.
