Do not ever get the new healthy option Rustica pizza! Worst pizza ever. It came with 2 king prawns with shell-on in the centre. Who in their right mind would want to peel prawns whilst eating their pizza? Very bad idea!

Very dissapointed in also the base and tomato sauce - so bland!

Pizza was also cold!

They also forgot to deliver our free gift!

Big fat fail!

We've never had a good experience here so not sure why we thought we'd give them one more chance. Undercooked, over doughy and terrible. After the first slice decided i'm going to need ketchup or tabasco to get some flavour in there. Disagree with previous reviews - this has to be the worst pizza in London.

It's probably not the worst pizza in London, but is probably the worst order I ever made in London, over the phone. I had to wait two times during my phone call because the person was doing something else. Not usual!

The pizza arrived on time but cold, the driver didn't have the change that I requested over the phone (phone lady fault) and had to come back 1h later. Even, I tried to pay by card over the phone and wasn't possible .Also, they forgot to put the dips that I paid for. The pizza is very average, nothing special.....The chicken wings were disgusting.

I definitely will never order again!

My kids wanted a pizza for a Saturday night dinner, for the first time we called to order a pizza from Firezza, The guy I spoke to was very was very impatient when took the order and hung up before I finish the order, so I thought to let go and didnt want to delay the order by calling again, that night I ended up making 7 calls to the branch to find out where my order was, the last call was 2:10 min's later since made the order, the final answer I got after speaking to 4 different people that my order was never logged.

And we never had any pizza delivered that night.

I can only describe the staff there as rude and unprofessional.

Never Again

I really think Firezza needs to return to its old recipes!

We again had a poor meal last night from them and its not cheap!!

Still it is alot nicer than places like Dominos/Pizza hut etc but the quality is not there anymore!

Bring back your old teams at the herne hill branch please who know how to cook italian food!!!!

Just ordered my pizza from the branch in crossharbour. The food is quite good and we chose to collect it ourselves. My friends card got declined as there was a faulty system and we chose to pay by cash instead. We waited for 10-15 mins by which time they had to reheat the food. Nevertheless we came back to chewy pizza and a burnt bottom crust. The lady at the register was extremely rude after the whole incident. Might never go back there again.

So many branches, such an efficient booking system, and yet they can't deliver as promised. I am so disappointed with their service. I've called 3 people, it is late at night and none of their staff are taking any responsibility or trying to rectify the problem. Going to bed hungry tonight. Thanks a lot Firezza, I hope that any one who has experienced such horrible service from this restaurant will not hesitate to speak out, something needs to be done. please join my facebook group Firezza pizza- where PR goes to die.!!!!

I used to order pizza from firezza (Notting Hill branch) quite often. The pizza was good and reasonably priced. However quite recently the quality of the food and the service have degraded significantly. The ingredients do not seem so genuine but more at domino's pizza standard. If they are late or busy they cannot be bother to call you. In one occasion they just did not deliver at all. And finally they just increased the prices of about 30% (12-13£ for a pizza).

If you want a genuine Italian Pizza.... stay away.

If you want just any pizza look for something much cheaper and more reliable.

I have lived in Lavender Hill for over ten years and remember Firezza when it first opened. It was brilliant with really friendly Italian and Romanian staff who knew what they were doing and always had some chat.

Tonight was the second time that I have been there since the refurbishment and new ownership. The first time was shocking and I only went back tonight as I used to think so highly of it. The people who have taken it over are the most miserable, least friendly or customer service orientated that I have ever encountered. They seem to think that they are running a cash and carry or something.

We waited for five minutes and then had to ask them if we could order. They did not even leave the counter and we had to shout our order over.

The woman who works there looked as though she had been sucking lemons for the preceding hour and no one said a please, thank you or can I help you.

The pizzas used to be excellent and now they are as bland and predictable as and X Factor single.

New owners: please go back into whatever field you were previously employed in as you don't seem to be enjoying your new vocation and the residents of Lavender Hill have certainly had enough of you and we miss our local pizzeria.

First time I ordered it was very yummy, second time, revolting, my basil tasted like cleaning products (and not the eco ones!) and I involuntarily regurgitated my final bite due to some unpleasant unwelcome taste. Shame, I hate leaving hardcore reviews but seriously, this place is a wrong'un.
