The Real Greek (Bankside)

Excellent food, fresh, well prepared and presented. The grill is out of this world! Starters are normal size, souvlakis are great! beautiful view as well, great ambiance. I'm definately coming back.

I was disappointed. Purely because I was expecting more ! A little salad garnish maybe, a humus dip on the side - just a little something - but the plates where bare !!! The food was tasty, but it just lacked ooopmh and zing, it was so disappointed to recieve a small side plate with meat wrapped in bread and nothing else as a main.

Not sure if its worth the money, a Kebab from a decent take away is the same price and comes with more Garnish and has quicker service.

I went to the Real Greek on Sunday and had one of the best greek food I have eaten in a long time! Their meze dishes are second to none. We walked from Waterloo, along the river and then ate our lunch at the Real Greek. Very good selection of wines too. Although a little expensive I cant wait to go again as I thought it was worth the money just to experience this wonderful food.

This restaurant was overpriced for such simple easy food.

But the food was served quickly and it was great in taste.

Very good location with a fantastic view.

Will be back, for the food especially.

My girlfriend had discovered The Real Greek a few years ago, and we've been going there several times a week ever since. It has yet to disappoint. The food is simply excellent - wonderful fresh ingredients - and the staff are fantastic. Moreover, the view is amazing!

This is truely a fantastic place!! It's huge compared to the other sites but that doesn't distract from the atmos.

The food isn't really cheap, but it is fresh, hot and quick. The dessertsare sweet and wonderfull.

We had terrible service, well actually, no service atall. If we wanted anything we had to find a waiter and ask them. The food was overpriced and the cutlery was dirty. All in all, it's a great location but I won't be going back.

We had a christmas party at the TRG yesterday and it was superb.

The food was amazing and there was a lot of it. Very good greek wine too.

Service was friendly and attentive.

Definitely worth returning!

I work in the area and always go here for lunch - I've never been disappointed with the food here! Everything tastes fresh and the specials are fantastic. It's a bit too busy and understaffed in the summer, but definitely worth a visit

We had really enjoyable experience. A very warm welcome, friendly and efficient staff, great food and fantastic atmosphere. Maybe a little overpriced, but I think this is a real find on the south bank.
