We really enjoyed this Chinese for a sunday night local treat - the food was cheap and tasty, so we inevitably over ordered, but they were happy to wrap it up for us to take home. It ajoined a bar which was showing european football to a bunch of very lively and noisy french men, making the evening rather surreal, but although this was v.loud the diners seemed amused (including us) and everyone enjoyed the night. Our new local chinese.

Visited this restaurant last night for the first time in years and it has totally changed. It was a disaster. It adjoins a lively bar, so it was rather like having a meal in the middle of a hardcore nightclub. The music was so outrageously loud that we could literally not hear each other speak. It was almost laughable. The starters were good but the mains were pretty average and we just couldn't wait to get out of there as we all had a headache- this is not an exaggeration- Never again!

Recently attended the restaurant recieved excellent service and the food is to die for. will visit again and would strongly recommend.

I've tried this restaurant several times over the years (usually out of desperation) in quest of a decent Chinese takeaway, I have to say the food's always been shockingly bad. I'm amazed it keeps going.
