your comments review this restaurant and win a bottle of champagne

Good service, decent food,(if overpriced) Somehow did,nt have the wow factor i was expecting, and with so many restaurants in central London, i doubt if i would go back their.. It would probably be better if you had your children with you as the overall decor was a bit childish

Tacky, touristy burger and rib joint that is extremely overpriced. Meal was £50.00 for 2 with for 2 main courses, a side dish of peas, a btle of water and a milkshake! Food marginally better than Burger King which would cost a tenth of the price!! If you were going to have a starter, dessert and some wine or cocktails it would probably be £80.00 plus for 2!!! There are some fantastic places serving great food in London for way less. Also there is nothing healthy to eat on the menu so if your vegan or have food intolerances like i do to dairy or just wish to eat a tasty healthy, balanced freshly prepared meal DO NOT go here.

The menu is limited and VERY overpriced. The burger and chips were cold and hard.

very dissappointed, also a service charge of 12.5% is added probably because they know that the service and food would not achieve any tip if left at your discretion. There are many other resteraunts around this area which serve much tastier food for far better value.

I will not be returning!!

We went there as part of our specail day out. Food was ok , nothing specail and it is pretty overpriced. Nice atmosphere . Decor in need of an update. Service was friendly . A meal with 1 adult and child and 2 non acoholic drinks came to £36!

The worst and wierdest were the loos. Not very nice , a bit like a jumble sale where a woman stands in there and rations your soap and paper towels and then expects you to tip her!

Probably wouldn't go there again.

Decided to visit Planet Hollywood again even though my last experience was less than average. This time we took our two children who loved it, the atmosphere was buzzing and the children loved the fact that the DJ kept zooming in on our table. The menu is still limited however and the desserts overpriced but all in all we had an excellent time.

Hi

We visited 'Planet Hollywood' on Monday for my daugher's 16th birthday. I must admit my first impressions were this place is over rated. My views soon changed, we ordered a variety of main meals between all four of us and the food and service was excellent.

The atmosphere was great as there were several diners also celebrating their birthdays. The dj made each and everyone feel very special (inc my daugher) and there were ballons on tables of those celebrating.

My daugher also had a candles and a small desert and was pointed out to all diners.

I would recommend 'Planet Hollywood' to anyone celebrating a birthday.

Thanks for the great memory and welcome on our family visit from the Midlands to London.

Planet Hollywood London.

Wow where do I start. I arrived with my partner and step daughter to hopefully have a great time. We had to eat in the bar area which I did'nt mind until I looked up and saw the window blinds dripping with grease filled dust NICE.

We chose what we wanted to eat ,explaining to the waiter behind the bar I wanted my steak rare, he said this was not an option GASP!. The waiter asked for a credit

to open a tab,my credit card was then put with the spirit bottles on a shelf in full view of everyone. I expressed my unhappiness about this explaining anyone could take 2 steps into the behind bar area and take my card. GASP the waiter then replied YER WRIGHT WE GET PEOPLE COMING BEHIND THIS BAR ALL THE TIME TAKING CREDIT CARDS.

Back to the food, we are halfway through eating our starters and the same waiter comes up and says I going to bring over your main dishes now, cannot believe what we are hearing, he then asks how long will we be? 5 MIN HE SAYS. We finish our starters the main dishes arrive. I had SURF & TURF £21.95

the steak was cold the shrimps cold the 1 half mushroom and half tomato cold.

My partner had RIB-EYE STEAK £15.95 again all cold. This is the best, my step daughter had PENNE PASTA WITH GRILLED CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI £11.95

it arrived but all that was on the plate was PENNE PASTA &BROCCOLI no GRILLED CHICKEN . That was it all the meals went back.

Please stay away from this place.

Helo, i recently visied planet Hollywood and to tell the truth i was very disapointed.

I found the music far to loud, and the staff to be very unplesent and rude.

All my family ordered Burgers and i can honestly say thay tasted like cardboard.

A few days before going i read a review and found out that the seats had foam coming out of them, This is unture as thay had all been taped up with red tape.

My youngest son of 9 years old reicived cold chips and a undercooked burger.

when the bill came i was shocked and disappointed with the overall cost of our night out.

I visited planet hollywood July the 4th expecting to have a fantastic nigth with my close friends,I couldnt have been more wrong! The music was blasting and i couldnt hear the waitress.I felt like i was in more of a night club than a resteraunt! The seats felt mucky and were covered in endless bits of salotape covering the holes holes. The table was sticky and the atmosphere was very loud and dulI. I ordered sausage chips and baked beans. An hour later my food arrived.I coyuldt believe what the waitress put in front of me.Sausage, cold fries, onion gravy , runner beans and a glass of flat cola.I wated an hour 4 my icecream desert, expecting it to be an Icecream Sundae or something.instead itwas a small maetal dish with a scoop of vanilla icecream.what a waste of money. The waitress was very unhelpful and rude and could not understand what i was saying. My meal came to a shocking £12.50. I was extremely disappointed as it was my last nigt in london before returning home. Please listern to me and Never visit planet hollywood.!!
