I always find myself coming here on a Friday evening.
The food is always tasty and the service attentive. The tom yum goom is to die for!
The price is pretty reasonable too

I don't think anyone who loves Thai food wood be disappointed with this restaurant. The food is excellent, the best I've had outside of Thailand and better than a lot I've had in Thailand!
We get takeaways from here regularly and the quality is consistently high. The squid starter is superb and a very generous serving, the Panang curry is delicious, as is the Mussaman. Their green and red curries are great too, the only complaint I would have is that their chicken and beef can be a bit chewy. The duck with tamarind sauce, although a little more expensive than their other reasonably priced dishes, is gorgeous and definitely worth a try. I've been disappointed with the thai fish cakes as the consistency was a little "omlette-like" but there are plenty of other decent starter dishes.
The staff are very attentive, but not overly, and it has been the same bunch ever since I started going here about 3 years ago, a family I think. Orders are always brought out quickly whether for takeaway or eat-in. The interior is very comfortable and feels just like being in Ayutthaya especialy through in the other room. Ask to be seated away from the front door as Battersea Rise is a noisy road.
If anyone knows of a better Thai restaurant in this area please let me know, I will be straight there for my next Sunday evening takeaway!

Very authentic Pad Thai - lots of places get it wrong - and very good value for money. Lovely.
