I'm a regular at this curry house so call me biased, it's my local. But it's easily one of the best curry houses in London, no question. The food is original, fresh, inventive, tasty and always of a high quality - I've never had a duff meal here in about 100 visits (we go at least once every fortnight).
The staff are lovely, the decor is simple and homely, the prices are fair, but I have been disappointed to see fewer customers here this year. I can't think why, and I do worry that if the numbers don't pick up the owners may move on. This would be little short of a disaster for the area.
This place is exceptional. Use it or lose it.

I had contemplated visiting this place after seeing brilliant reviews in the Ham and high publication. After visiting i can gladly say that the review was not misinterpreted. The main point that sets this place miles apart from other local curry houses is that the food realy is quite phenomenal. I tried the Beguni King Prawn which is an aubergine and king prawn concoction created in a tandoori oven. The flavours were quite strong within the sauce however balanced enough not to be overpowering.i also tried the Nawabi Murgh Stick. A mild eastern chicken dish marinated in rich yogurt. This dish was quite fantastic in taste texture and presentation. The atmosphere within Aroma Spice is very homely and is very reminiscent of the times when curry houses were like homes. This service to my account was extremely pleasant and regardless of the fact that it was the first time that i had visited the establishment i felt as though i was being treated as a regular. Overall i would rate this as one of my top london eating spots as it truly is quite a gem among many stones.

The food here is excellent. Well presented and extremely tasty. Giantsize Cobra's sold here! The service is average at best, but who cares when the fod is this great? This is one of those Curry houses that always give you a free drink after. Also hot lemony towels, orange slices and a chocolate. Amazing.

Very good in all respects. Much better than your average local Indian, but still good value.
