We waited 30 minutes for 2 simple pizzas to arrive on a night that appeared to be quiet - plenty of empty tables. Because we were going to the theatre we had to abort and go to the theatre starving. They even had the cheek to take the money for the 2 drinks we eeked out for what became an agonising wait.
The special birthday evening was ruined for no other reason than incompetent management of what was a typical low key evening in a mediocre pizza parlour. Not recommended, and after hearing poistive reports about this chain cafe I wonder what standards everyone else was judging by? Never again.

small venue which meant it was very squashed around our table of five and it could be hard to get the waiters attention. nonetheless, the service was good, we had booked a table for four but five came along and they quickly and easily adjusted the table for us.
food was as good as expected from this chain.
