Best Mangal I

This is our family's the most favorite restaurant! Quality of food and service are at the highest level.

We are regular customers there since 2005 and would like to recommend Best Mangal 2 to everyone, even vegetarians.

We were at a charity concert near Sloane Square last night and couldn't find any restaurants we fancied round there. So we decided to try Best Mangal on the way back home, as it's so close to West Ken tube. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and told us that our choices, Adana kebab and another lamb shish, both came with salad (the menu didn't say so). We ordered a bottle of Villa Doluca to remind us of past Turkish holidays and watched the kebabs being cooked the other side of the glass. When they came they had a good balance of lamb, which was delicious, varied salad and tasty bread and we really enjoyed the meal, especially when we saw how reasonable the bill was.

Blimey, the one below was dead unlucky!

I went today for a local lunch after hearing good reports and it was very nice.

cared for surroundings, extensive menu, friendly service.

We had a chicken kebab and a spicy lamb one with salad on the side.

The lamb in particular was delicious. Good texture, well seasoned. Great bread. Two nice sauces on the side.

About a tenner each which is probably about as much as I'd like to pay but certainly two good plates of food.

My suspicion is getting take-away is the real winner as it's half the price and that would represent most excellent value so I will be getting on my bike to do that regularly from now on.

Never go there!!!

This is the worst Turkish restaurant I have ever been in London. I wouldn't give a star. I am Turkish and I have never tasted that low quality food in my life. If the food they serve is Turkish so I am not Turkish then .We ordered doner kebab. What we got was over cooked almost burned fat on the top of tasteless rice. So we couldn't eat it. When We returned the plates they didn't bother saying "sorry" and also charged the full price. Never recommend this place to anybody at all.

on the one hand food was ok atmosphere was ok on the other hand İt was the worst service I have ever had even waiter can threat you if you complain about service.

Ab Fab..Food is exceptionally tasty, its definitely 1 that you would return to for a lamb shish, salad.... Lunch time menu starters and main course also very good value for money.

I drive all away from Croydon to eat there with my friends or guests.
