Pizza Hut (Garratt Lane)

This restaurant is situated in Southside shopping centre, Wandsworth. The service here is soooo slow that you lose the desire to eat by the time the food reaches your table. 1st you have to wait for at least 10 mins before someone comes to take your order even when the restaurant has hardly any customers. Then it takes half an hour for just the starters to arrive. By the time the main course is served it is close to 45 mins to an hour. Who on earth can wait for 45 mins to be served? I think they fry both veg and non-veg items in the same oil because the potato wedges taste like stale/non-veg. We have eaten there many many times after watching a movie and it is the same story always whether it is empty or full. The waiters are polite but it must be shoddy management which can't get things right. They don't seem to care about customers waiting for so long. There is never a word of apology even. And finally the bill you get never matches the price printed on the menu card because they add some extra taxes, so you never know how much you will end up paying for a meal served after 1 hour. GET YOUR ACT RIGHT you guys.
