Pizza Hut

After recently using Pizza Hut delivery I found the experience to be hellish. Not only was the person who took my call unable to understand plain English they also couldn’t supply the meal ‘deal’ in full. I duly asked for a substitute to be made, they then informed me I was not allowed, something to do with the original order not being premium side dish (does ‘premium’ exist at Pizza Hut?!) The food finally arrived (an hour later) and as you can expect it was far from luke warm. It was immediately dispatched to the bin. I then contacted the customer service (the very next day for a re fund but was told as I didn’t return it they could not help! Probably our worst experience of a take away ever. We won’t be returning.
