We had lunch here on March 18, 2008, and were not impressed. The food was not very tasty and we tried four different dishes. The waiters were unfriendly and not willing to change anything on the menu, including how spicy the food was. In a week that we spent in London, this was the worst restaurant that we ate at.

The food is quick and hot and the service is good. The price is reasonable (given that this IS London and everything tends to be more expensive than everywhere else). I would say the food is ok for what it is.... Cha Chan Tang (Cantonese Diner). I would go back if I am in the area. The Singapore noodles lack spices to make it really authetic and there can be a bit more beef in the beef hor fun.

I've been going to Jenny's for more than 8 years. Food is yummy, varied, and high quality for extremely reasonable central London prices. The staff is responsive and helpful to people who are very nice to them. I'd discount the previous reviewer's bad attitude!

Yes the food is very good here, what a shame the same cannot be said of the

irritating staff. Usually when somebody requests a slice of lemon to go with the ice in your water the staff are only too happy to indulge, but for some curious reason they won't serve it to you here!

But they give lemon with your seafood! So when they refused me my lemon I refused to leave a tip, that lemon saved me a fiver.

Terrible bad attitude, give this restaurant a body swerve and eat somewhere like

Uno's or Cyprus Mangal in Warwick Way SW1 where the staff are super friendly...

Oh, and to the one particular Chinese waiter who wanted to fight me for daring to ask for a lemon? Anytime, anyplace, anywhere my friend.

It's amazing. They are super efficient. The food is fresh and delicious. There is a dearth of quick, simple eateries in Victoria and this place is a gem - I love it.

I went to Jenny Lo's Teahouse last week, my friends and I enjoyed a very tasty meal. However our opinions changed of the restaurant when we had all our change taken as a tip! Very disappointing after a nice meal, wont return in a hurry!
