Adequately tasty starters but very very bad main courses - too much cornflour, bland, generally food of takeaway standard but glorified with wagamama style seating/decor. The previous reviewer must be connected with the restaurant. Horrible - give me Chinatown any day!

Brilliant! Stumbled across it by chance one lunchtime. The menu offers a good selection of Chinese food and particularly Beijing style (my home city!),from different types of noodles to the popular dumplings. Think Wagamamas but cheaper - I had a BIG bowl of chicken noodles for £5.50 and it was lovely, if not better! Service was good although waiter didn't smile but they didn't kick us out even though they were shutting for the afternoon. NCR promotes healthy eating and I certainly left feeling refreshed! Great for a quick lunch in a cosy but bright restaurant.
