I'm glad I'm here, writing this review, because it means I'm not at CTV.
In trying to either cater for the vegetarian demographic, this sorry effort appears to be the result. It might look good on the moral balance sheet to be above the rest in not serving meat, but you still have to make an effort to make food tasty and presentable!
Remember you're running a business here. You can stay in denial all you want and kid yourself that you're getting some sort of altruistic kick out of being a vegetarian restaurant, but you still have to hook the customers.
I don't actually mind not having meat now and then, even though I'm the first to admit my carnivorous tendancies. But this was poor. I can cook better vegetables than this. You can omit the meat, but surely you can't omit the flavour!
There is no service here as such. This is a buffet. The staff seem to busy themselves cleaning around you all the time.
To give credit where it's due, it was very clean. But why they needed to clean so much is a mystery. The decor is so dark, it would need to get pretty bad to notice any dirt anyway!
It was quite cheap, though. Disgusting for sure, but quite cheap. So you won't feel cheated.
Clearly I will be avoiding this place from now on.
