Surprisingly rubbish. The barman didn't know how to make a fairly simple cocktail, the other barman said he would only make simple cocktails because it was getting close to closing and the doormen were unnecessarily rude and aggressive. Don't go.

Great venue, very kitsch and small but that only adds to the intimate bustling charm. My girlfriend and I go there regularly and always enjoy ourselves. Yes the drinks aren't cheap, but the quality and variety is excellent. The bar staff are friendly and knowledgeable; the waiting staff can be sullen sometimes. Always book if you want a seat at the weekend. They don't serve food, but you can order from a menu at the bar and a Japanese noodle and Sushi bar round the corner will deliver to your table in LAB, very handy when the cocktails go to your head and you need your stomach lined. Shame the bar closes so early, my liver is thankful for that though...

The cocktails here are great, but the staff are awful. Have been a couple of times before and had a sullen reception, but stuck it out for the drinks. Wanted to take my boyfriend there on Saturday night but the bouncer on the door, first of all insisted on searching my bag and then told my boyfriend he wasn't allowed in with his (nearly empty) bottle of water. This negative reception put us off completely and we ended up going elsewhere.
