most of the food was luke warm, the noodles were hard and the tofu wasn't even cooked.

Revolting, avoid it.

the owner of this restaurant has moved to next door

it is left to the landlord who put a non-veggie person in there to run the place

This place is not vegan. They have a fish in a tiny bowl by itself by the till.

When we challenged the owners about this, their answer was "well, we're not going to eat it".

Please complain nad refuse to eat there.
