Pheasantry @ Pizza Express

Another good lunch here. The food is simple but consistent, the staff across the Pizza Express chain are probably the best in the UK and everything works really well. Congratulations.

I like the place. Whenever I'm in London I eat there, it's lovely to sit outside on the patio in the summer, the service is very friendly and there I had the BEST Caesar Salad outside the US! Looking forward to my next visit!

Whatever you may think of the food (I love it), the service at nearly every Pizza Express that I have been to puts most good restaurants to shame. When will restaurateurs realise that the food represents only ahout half the pleasure of eating out. GOOD SERVICE IS WHAT MATTERS. Pizza Express excels in this respect, and is justifiably successful. The Pheasantry site is terrific.
