The pizza is not bad, though not that great. It tends to be crowded sometimes. We spent £18 for two people. Really, I'd rather eat yummy Indian food in East Ham.

I have eaten several times during the course of exhibiting at Chelsea Flower Show. The restaurant is teeming and the staff run off their feet but they are friendly, helpful and don't keep you waiting. Food is fair for this kind of family restaurant. I have eaten in several Pizza Express around the country and this is one of the best. Thee is an upstairs and an outside patio. Vegetarian food is recommended and the pear tart or duomo di bosco are both superb. One let down- the earl grye is tetley's and tastes nothing like earl grey.

The only real reason to eat here is for people-watching purposes. The King's Road is a notorious stomping ground for ex-public school bright young things, who tend to congregate here at around 1 on any given day. The outside seating area is pretty when it's sunny (i.e. rarely) and the pizza is better than at most similarly-priced establishments. Try La Reine, it's the best on the menu for sure.
