New Loon Fung

I've been eating here for years and years and years now - I don't go to any other dim sum place in China Town. The food is pretty good on the whole, but one negative I would say is that the standard of the food is inconsistent. There are good days and days where the food isn't so great (although it's never bad). On the whole, it's yummy though, which is why I keep going back!

I have been eating here for over 10 years. Regretfully, the quality has been going down recently. On our last visit in December the hot and sour soup was very poor. This was better than the main course though that had virtually no meat in it: the chicken dish especially was all vegetables and barely any meat. Only the fillet steak dish had sufficient meat but it was so badly cut that it was difficult to eat. We will not be going back here again. Has it changed hands?

I was introduced to this restaurant by my friend, Yung, 4 years ago. We don't go to London very often but we always eat here when we do go. It's friendly and the food is always great.

I'm Chinese and sometimes come here with my family for dim sum lunch. It's good standard dim sum, reasonably priced by London standards, so would recommend. Haven't been here for dinner though.

My family and I always eat here when we go for Chinese food "up West". Its the nicest Chinese food we've ever had in London and the staff are so friendly and efficient. We have our favourite waitress who always remembers us even if we haven't been in for a few months. We'd highly recommend it to anyone who loves the eating out experience.
