Good bar to spend a pleasant sunday afternoon. Had their roast which was very well priced at ten pounds. Friendly staff with attentive service. Would recommend for a group looking for a boozy afternoon...

After the worst breakfast experience ever... words kitchen meltdown come to mind, I was invited to join friends for dinner.
The meal was significantly more edible than their breakfast and their staff were friendly.
In short its a comfortable place to have a drink and something simple to eat.

On the times we've been, the staff are always quite friendly & attentive. The place itself is nice for a relaxed drink or casual dinner, as it is largely a gastropub set-up. We ordered the peanut satay skewers & lamb kebabs & were pleasantly suprised. The chicken was really tender & tasted great. The lamb could have had more flavour & was a little chewy, but the rice it was served with was really flavoursome. We'll be going back.
