the long bar is probably the best bar in london with a great selection of bartender wich can guarantee amazing drink even when the bar is crowded as usually is.

the drink list is a good mix of fruity cocktail and classic twisted cocktail.the table service is fine and all the staff is always smailing at you and this make you feel comfortable.when you get there dont forget to have a couple of drinks into the purple bar:amazing atmosphere with a great selection of ultra premium spirits. the vodka selection is about 150 differents labels! dont ask for a j.d.&coke because they dont know what it does mean! frank

We didn't like it. Mobbed bar and very slow service. A service charge is added to the bill even though you've queued yourself for ages to get your (overpriced) drinks - the cheek!

Snooty hostess in the garden who would prefer to make people stand and keep several tables empty. Big on attitude and nothing else. Give it a miss!

Gave this place the benefit of the doubt...twice! A place you would like to hang out at but the serious lack of any service is not worth the effort. If you're like me you don't mind paying premium prices for a good drink at a cool place as long as they can back it up with a bit of service...the only service with a smile I recieved all night was from the doorman saying good evening when I arrived. I won't get burnt a third time here...

Tacky and horrible - a place for people with money but no taste.

Service is poor as they don't hire sufficient staff - it's like a Travelodge but ten times the price.

A couple of years ago this was the place to be, you couldnt move without walking into a celebrity, which i unfortnatly did and sent her drink through the air, however now its mainly old suited men and erm, shall we say very "social" women, sometimes if you're lucky there will be a handfull of more distinguished Hermes clad elegant women, whatever you do dont go expecting to see celebrities, only for the Oriental Garden champagne cocktails and the eclectic decor, and if possible try and make your way to the purple bar.
