Avoid - this is NOT a typical London Italian restaurant; it's clearly a tourist trap and they should all be deeply ashamed of themselves.

Absolutely rubbish.

Couldn't get the meal to us in time even though they knew we had a show to catch.

Probably had lost their tin opener for the asparagus.

Felt completely cheated and disgusted that this called itself as a restaurant.

I wish I'd glanced at these reviews before calling in for a late supper with a friend. terrible service - not a smile from the waiters, who talked loudly to one another throughout our meal. The worst excuse for garlic bread I have ever seen - two slices of stale, greasy French bread. Overcooked, sloppy pasta with a scraping of pesto from a jar.....................

Avoid, avoid, avoid - this is NOT a typical London Italian restaurant; it's clearly a tourist trap and they should all be deeply ashamed of themselves.

Terrible food, bad service, expensive. Staff uninterested, awful meat, we left a lot of food since it was so bad.

i booked this for my mum & dad as they were to see a show in the city. the gentleman who served them was completely unhelpful. They had to ask for cutlery and the food was average. They will never go back.

The food was the worst Italian we have ever had, in fact the worst meal we have ever had in a restaurant. The saute potatoes were deep fat fried, mushrooms were deep fat fried, everything covered in oil and grease. Service was poor. The manager who has been there for 29 years was completely disinterested in hearing any constructive criticism in fact he wouldn't even discuss our meal. It is a shame because London is now full of chain restaurants and it is difficult to find an independent restaurant to eat in. I would not recommend anyone wasting their time or money to visit.

Terrible food, bad service, tacky decor please dont bother this is the worst place i have ever eaten in.

Was bought the wrong food and had to argue with the waiters for a good 5 minutes to get it taken away and was then told we didnt get the food we wanted because the chef had changed his mind as to what he was cooking that day.The worlds first lucky dip restaurant. No apology given and the food i did get to eat was horrible stale bread rolls etc the list goes on and on.

I have been to this restaurant several times and keep going back - have no problem with either the service or the food - although it does get packed - this is only to be expected due to its prime location - they serve the most amazing whitebait and sole and as a fish lover I have only good things to say about the quality. Portion sizes are not huge but then that suits me - it may not suit everyone however. Am going again in June when I see Dirty Dancing (again) this time with my daughter - last time with my husband. PS The strawberry cheesecake is divine!! Although can only manage to share a portion.

If you like sardines you will love this restuarant, because that is just how they pack you in. The food is dreadful and the prices are inflated.

There are lots of places to eat in the surrounding area and I'm sure that you will have a better meal at any of them.

Disgusting!
