give this place a wide berth. absolutely awful. service, bland oily and greasy food. onion rings may well have been an oil slick and the burgers we all had were cow in a bun! possibly the worst american food place ive had the unfortunate experience of eating in. staff are completely useless.

If you're looking for service with a smile, this is not the place. On every occassion we've eaten here the service has not been good -we've either stood at the front waiting for ages to be seated, had our food literally thrown on the table or found it impossible to get a waiter's attention to pay the bill. However, their milkshakes, burgers & fries are fantastic, which is why we keep going back.

We went here as my friend had driven past and thought it looked really cool. But I was really disappointed. Service was terrible, the menu was limited (and poor for vegetarians) and the food came in really small portions and was completely overpriced! I paid £12 for a sandwich and a coke. Won't be going again.

Walked in on a Saturday lunchtime to a nice-looking restaurant, which was half-full, and were pounced on by waiters keen to show us to the right table. They then forgot about us and we walked out after 15 minutes of trying to flag down a waiter. The waiters watched us leave, but didn't try to stop us. As we headed for the door, the couple next to us (who had arrived before us) were standing up at their table, waving their arms at the waiters, with no success. The food might be good, if you ever get to order it...
