I went here at 9pm on a Friday night, intending to have a nice supper with 5 friends. It seemed just the place - central, ''amazing food'', ''relaxing''.

It was beyond awful.

The food was awful.

The atmosphere was awful.

The service was awful.

The loos were awful.

It was crammed with sweatily writhing bodies, dancing to ear-splitting music. It was completely impossible to have a conversation. Even shouting became pointless at 10, when the DJ turned the music up. The food was all onion rings, hot wings, burgers and chips (definitely not a ''gastropub''). I had my first ever hard-poached egg (atop a fishcake), which came with beurre blanc containing raw diced onion.

If you are a 17 year boy on a language exchange to London, this is the place for you on a Friday night. If you are anyone else, avoid it avoid it avoid it.

Been here a few times and have not been let down. The food is amazing, and it is a great place to go for a drink after work. Highly recommend this place!
