Zizzi (Charlotte St)

Turned up at Zizzi's with a reservation for 6. Table wasn't ready, had to wait half an hour. Not the end of the world, but the manager was so dismissive and rude. When our table was ready, it was a table for 4, even though we had confirmed it was for 6. At this point we left. Mistakes happen, that's life, but it's how you are treated. THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I'd never go there again.

I'm in Zizzi quite often, but few days ago I had first bad experience in there.

My starter(calamari) was very dry, and main course they served me different which did I order. I could here kitchen how they were laughting, bcoz they served wrong food to me. I mention that to manager on duty. When i asked for a bill, she said i dont have to pay the bill, that was nice, but this is not the point to cancel the bill, for the future keep eye for better service and u not gonna have that kind of situations. That was first time when i complained in the restaurant and i hope the last one.

Anyway I will come back , bcoz i love Zizzi:)

We had a great dinner. Nothing fancy but the pizza was great and so was the bread pudding at the end of our meal. Cheap and good place. Service was not that great, but I'd go back for the food.

Very dependable and probably the best of the chain pizzerias. To be honest I've never had a bad experience here, its not going to knock your socks off but its decent food at decent prices with a really lively atmosphere and good service. Hope it survives its refurbishment in tact.
