Al Amin

I've been going to the Al Amin (on and off) for over 20 years. It's miles better than anything in the more fashionable Brick Lane and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Been going to this restaurant off and on for over 8 years. One of the best kept little secrets in Bethnal Green. Was the first to review this restaurant on this site many years ago and am glad to say the food is just as good if not better.

The food here far exceeds anything you can get in the Indians at Brick Lane, the service is excellent and the staff always polite and friendly. The price of a full meal (starter, mains, desert with a drink) is very reasonable - My favourites are the Shami Kebab, Chicken or Lamb Tikki Bhuna, but every thing on the menu is higly recommended - and I've tried them all ;-)

I used to eat here every week, but have since moved away from the area and my only regret is I don't get to come here as often as I used to.

Was recommended Al Amin by a friend who has been going for years. A nice little place with very friendly staff and fantastic food. I have since recommended this place to others who, thankfully, report a similarly delightful experience.
