Koh Thai

We needed to find a new local with the demise of Fez up the road and this place, is it. Completely different style of restaurant and cuisine, it's a more traditional kind of layout and atmosphere, but the food is the real draw - we've already booked to go back.
Three of us went and had classic starters like spring rolls and prawn toast, followed by great noodle and rice mains. Each dish had a distinctive taste and good variation in levels of spiciness: trule tasty.
Service was quick, but the main man tended to hang around a bit. Didn't affect our evening, though. Beers complimented the food well, too.

One of the best bits about moving to Barons Court was that we are now within walking distance of Koh Thai (also known as @Thai) on the Greyhound Road.
Charming garden, extremely good food promptly served - and they even deliver if you live close enough!
The green curry has got a nice kick to it which is refreshing, (not the kick - the fact that it has one) and the Phad Thai is nice and juicy!
I'd definitely recommend this place - especially if it's a sunny evening as the garden is perfect served with a dry white.
Go there. Go on. You won't regret it.

My boyfriend and I discovered Koh Thai about three summers ago when he used to live in Hammersmith. It is a little gem, the staff are so friendly, welcoming and genuinely passionate about the food. The food itself is absolutely beautiful, we have been many times and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere in the restaurant is so serene and tranquil, combined with the food the whole experience is a sensory treat - we always leave feeling as though we've just visited a spa or something ! It's a soothing and delightful experience to visit and the garden at the back feels enchanted.
We live in Balham now but still drive all the way over there just to have a meal at Koh Thai. Hope the secret won't get out too much, but we love it so much we just can't keep quiet !

We've been going to Koh Thai for years, its our local restaurant. The waiting staff are amazing, efficient and friendly. If you go in the summer, try to get a table in the back garden, there's a little koi pond and fairy lights. The food has never dissapointed us and we love the jasmine tea. They have been consistently good and we always leave with a warm feeling like we've been visiting friends.

We live near Koh Thai and cannot praise it highly enough. The food is delicious, the setting lovely (especially in summer when you should aim to get a table in the courtyard) the service would not be out of place in a restaurant where you had to pay twice as much. I also love being to BYO (£1.50/drinking person).
My boyfriend and I have taken parents, friends, and each other there so many times and the food and atmosphere have never disappointed us.
