Restaurant 109
your comments review this restaurant and win a bottle of champagne
My wife and I are regular diners at 109. We think that without doubt it is the best restaurant in Kew and Richmond. I've travelled the world and can find no better vodka martinis than are made at 109! The proprietors are always friendly and courteous, and ready to please; the chef is happy to come to the kitchen door to discuss any aspect of the menu and will prepare dishes as far as possible to your individual taste. The maitre d' always greets patrons with a warm and friendly smile. The set-price menu changes monthly, and the next month's menu is always something to look forward to.

Me and my partner ate here on Saturday lunch time. The food was fabulous and the service impeccable. A small intimate restaurant, ideal for a cosy night out instead of a cosy night in!
Very friendly staff, un-imposing, relaxed and great music on the sound system!
HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

Ate here on Saturday night, for the second time in past few months. Service is excellent and food is exceptional. Exactly what you would expect from a Richmond based restaurant.
The surroundings are small and intimate and perfect for group dining or table for two.
Reasonably priced for the quality of the food.
Keep up the good work!

Paella - a dish so frequently disastrous in this country, not to mention it's country of origin but 109's paella is a hit especially as it's on a two course fixed price menu at only £12.99!
P.S 109 we think you should keep it on as a special!

i went to 109 recently with my partner and had a great evening. I had the spicy thai soup to start which was delicious and the cassoulet to follow which was amazing. My boyfriend had the goats cheese which was yummy and the lamb cutlets which he devoured (so i'm not sure which lamb dish 'Itchy...' was referring to - maybe the kitchen had a bad night?)
great food, with a relaxing ambience and lovely service

Slightly disappointed by the food as it had so many good reviews. Don't get me wrong, it was good, well cooked and presented nicely. I'm refferring to the main only as the starter and sweet were fantastic. Just that the lamb seemed a bit uninspiring!
Nothing but good things to say about the service and general atmosphere. Really nice place. Tastefully decorated and helpful smiles all round. The wines were really nice and I'd recommend the merlot!
I'll be trying the place again no doubt!

This is a great find for a private or business lunch/dinner. The staff are so friendly and always really accommodating, whether it's a party of 2 or 12!
