Gung Ho

We have been going to the Gung Ho for some twelve years and have NEVER had a bad meal in all that time. It is the perfect setting for small gatherings of two to large family gatherings around their large round tables. We always recommend it as the best Chinese food outside of China Town to anyone who wants a special meal.

This restaurant is always busy too. Which says a lot.

It's disappointing to read some of the negative reviews below as I have always had great meals at Gung Ho and enjoyed the friendly and quick service.

It's possible Gung Ho are much better at some dishes then others, but in all the times I have been there (which is quite a few) there have only been very few dishes served that werent to my taste. I would certainly recommend this restaurant. It is usually a fairly busy restaurant although I have noticed it has been a bit quieter of late although the take away line is always ringing whenever we have been there. Good value for money and a wide menu selection.
