Food was great but service was terrible. We waited an hour after we had ordered to ring them and ask if the food had left yet. The woman was rude and after we asked to speak to the manager she refused us about 30 times (this is not an exaggeration). She started back-tracking on what she was telling us, first saying out food was on it's way, then telling us that we had cancelled our order, then told us we had changed it (all were false). After about the 20th time asking to speak to the manager she said she was busy and I told her I would wait on the line until she wasn't busy. She walked away from the phone and I could hear her mimicking me in the background. We ended up waiting 2 hours for our food to arrive and gave up trying to talk to the manager as we were just going round in circles. We didn't get any money off or even get an apology. Very bad!

We have been eating at this restaurant and using their take-away service for about 10 years. Only been let down once and they were very apologetic and quick to recompense us.

Excellent service from interested and knowledgeable staff; well managed. Food is very well prepared and without the dreaded MSG!

A little bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Ask for a table on the Ground floor; the basement is a bit depressing.

Highly recommended.
