Black Lion

I would like to offer my thanks to the Black Lion and its staff........

The girls and I after catching up on a bit of culture at the Trycycle theatre decided to have a bite to eat and a glass of Vino at the Black Lion, the restaurant is under renovation so the accommodating manager found us a table in the bar just infront of a roaring coal fire, the place was packed with a great atmosphere but the staff and management could not have been nicer they attended to our every needs and appetites and looked after us superbly, portions were generous and I was a hungry lady, the food was absolutely delicious not a dud dish on the table, service was attentive without being to much in your face and all in all a very enjoyable evening...can't wait till I head for the streets of Kilburn again

After having been away for a while popped in for dinner at the black lion last week and had one of the best steaks I have had in years, juicy, succulent and cooked perfectly to order why can't other pubs grill a steak like this, the other half went for the seabass, crispy skin, moist and flaky ....spot on........ all of this washed down with a bottle of Merlot and immaculate service..
