food ok a bit too spicy but ok , not excellent .... service hm... could be better - dont like to be rushed and wait for food too long, will not recommend to friends... shame i used to really like this restaurant ... where have the good times gone?

Pleasent Ambience coupled with good tasty food!!

Would recommend this to anyone. Portion of rice in thali is less but otherwise top marks to everything else.

Good cuisine at reasonable prices. Friendly staff and clean premises. Always pretty crowded with fans of Indian fare. We tasted the crispy Dosai stuffed with potatoes. A real treat. Also the curries are spicy and flavoury to please every taste, one can ask for medium, hot or very hot and so enjoy the desired intensity of Indian curry.

Being a tourist, non smoker, vegetarian, staying in Earls Court. Where to eat?

A stroll upEarls Court Road soon answered the question, Smokey noisy pubs, no way, Waiter staff of some establishments touting for business on the footpath, not my style. Other grotty looking places were not even given a second look.

Masala Zone is what I was looking for, a walk through the door and your welcomed with a smile, with no over bearing false sucky service. The staff are neat & tidy and very menu knowledgable. The food was second to none and art reasonable prices. The place impressed so much I went two nights in a row.

Next year when I'm back in London this establishment will be on my list to revisit.

I am a regular at this branch of Masala Zone as I know I will get really good food and really efficient service. My favourite dishes are the noodle bowls and the gol guppa starter. Whenever I suggest this place to friends they always enjoy themselves. With the weather this bad we have been taking advantage of the delivery service and enjoying the food at home. I would highly recommend it.

I recently booked a table at this restaurant for 14 people, to which the manager was happy to take the booking.

It was very disappointing to find that on arrival an area hadn't been reserved for us and that the management even denied taking the booking and then contradicted himself by stating that we had given inaccurate numbers.

We never received an apology and the Manager seemed quite annoyed that we even wanted to dine at this restaurant, as he was busy enough already. We ended up sitting separately and two of our party actually left due to the chaos (very embarrasing as this was a company meal with agents and managers from across the globe).

The food when it did eventually arrive was mediocre and definitely not worth the hassle it incurred.
