The Carnaby

A group of us went to pre theatre meal last night. BIG disappointment....

Reserved for a pre theatre deal @ 15.90 which had a poor choice of meals so was given al a carte menu which was better but 19.50 for 2 course. VERY POOR...

1 persons fish meal was over cooked no sauce provided, 1 person ordered soup and was presented with a bowl of soup no bread provided & needed to request it . My steak was cold. 1 persons starter of salad was large but nothing special....

main course consisited of 1 meat/ fish/veg with 1 addition of mash, seasonal veg or salad. Overall we were not impressed. Service was really bad ,waiter not at all welcoming and was moody. When the bill came we were overcharged on wine and service charge of 12.05% added. Service so slow was late for theatre performance and missed start.
