Deliverance

I have had two takeaways from Deliverance now.
For the first, my husband had a Deliverance burger and I had a Mexican rice and bean salad. Our meal arrived half an hour after ordering. The burger was excellent and gourmet, and not rediculously tall like most gourmet burgers. The salad was fresh and had a lovely zingy dressing.
For the second, my husband had a diablo pizza and rocket and parmesan salad, and I had a chicken pad thai and sesame prawn toast. Again the delivery was very quick, this time arriving within 45 minutes. The pizza was good, but a little burnt on the edges. The pad thai was a bit bland, but the sesame prawn toast was very good, crispy and golden with a thick layer of prawns.
Overall, I think Deliverance is a little pricey. While some dishes justify their price, others definitely have room for improvement. The choice of dishes is excellent and delivery is very quick.

I love this service! I first discovered it when I had to do overtime one weekend and had to order in. A colleague suggested we order from Deliverance so I checked out the website, and was delighted with the choice. I ordered the crispy duck pancakes and they were so delicious! My colleague had the burger and chips..... it was so juicy and a generous size, he Really enjoyed it! I have to say the best advantage Deliverance for me is that you can all order different types of food from the one place, and of course, the food is really great. Next girls night in is sorted too!

Delivery food used to be cold, bland rubbish that resembled nothing close to restaurant food. Deliverance changes those rules, some may say "game-changer".
No longer are you restricted to the usual fare of MSG addled rubbish, no longer do you have to restrict you and your ordering party to one type of cuisine.
I first started using Deliverance when I moved down to London from Manchester and haven't ever considered ordering from one of it's many rivals.
They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery and Deliverance has it's many imitators. None have come close to the quality and value of the originator.
Well done Deliverance for your outstanding contribution to my ever expanding waistline.

After my initial experience ended in disaster, I was given £15 credit as a good will gesture.
I just made another order, and it has arrived and the £15 ‘credit’ was not taken off my bill of £15.40. So I have just had to pay – for another load of rubbish.
Three spring rolls leaking oil, damp soggy filly and no bite in any of the vegetables. Are these home made or brought in frozen? Cheap chili sauce to go with.
And the Pad Thai with chicken. Again, the chicken is repulsive. I take it it is not free range or organic? It smells likes and tastes like a farmyard. There is no spring onion in the pad Thai, and to be honest no trace of tamarind. It is vile. And now it gets better - the choc honeycomb bites – cooking chocolate, stale cornflakes or rice crispies, no honeycomb in them at all. And to top it all off they are covered in dregs of pistachios, which are not listed ingrediants. Seriously?
I have now spent £30 on the utter rubbish they are putting out – and I am disgusted.
I am so angry – I took them on good faith, and you have really let me down again.

We heard about Deliverance about 2 months ago and have used there most excellent service at least once a week! Its difficult not to! with the VERY quick and easy iPhone app it really is too easy to order delicious food to your door and luckily for us it always arrives hot and tasty within about 20 minutes! Why would you bother cooking dinner when it's that easy?
And the menu is like none other, fancy a (fabulous, best thing on the menu) burger? no problem, chinese? indian? thai? yep they have that too, english classic sausage and mash? yep on the menu! we are slowly working our way through the menu but i have to say my personal fav are the burgers! They are huge and so well cooked! the relish in them is to die for! they just need to work on the amount of pancetta used in the pancetta and cheese burger and would be great if the chicken burger came with an option of cheese to make it even tastier!!
We've been recommending them to our friends ever since! would strongly suggest you give them a try!

The best selling point for me as a muslim is that Deliverances Food is HALAL!
(except the lamb burger, because the lamb for the 'LAMB BURGER' which is sourced differently from the other lamb and meats on their menu).
The service is very rapid and my biker Iqbal is always friendly.
To be honest the food is great, but it depends on what you order. And yes that is the the best burger London has to offer, compared to the frozen one from the local chippy Deliverance wins hands down.
The great thing about Deliverance is ordering online because youre able to track youre order status from being cooked, being packed, on its way etc
To sum it up, if you want a premium take-way service that covers all over london then i really dont believe that you'll find better then the deliverance team.

A lot to choose from, fresh, on time, fantastic taste, good quality and even has a mobile app so that you don't waste time. Started from the Thai and Chinese, and have now been pleasently surprised by their american burgers. Simply great every time.

When you compare Deliverance to takeaway food, Deliverance will always come out on top. Their Chinese set menu is fantastic - the best chilli beef I have ever tasted, hands down. The Nasi Goreng is superb, the Burgers are fantastic. If you want good quality food delivered to your door in super quick time, no faff, then order here!
When you compare Deliverance to restaurant quality food, it is quite possible that it will hold it's own.
I also think that it is fantastic that Deliverance package all their food (as far as possible) in recyclable materials.

Since moving to London Deliverance is, without a doubt, my first stop for takeout. The food is well above your average delivered fare, and although at first glance it may be more expensive than your local takeout restaurant it's definitely worth it.
I've ordered thirty meals at once for work events, I've ordered one meal when I'm too lazy to cook, I've made orders at lunch, dinner, and right before closing. Every time I've had great food and excellent service.
The one time I did have a problem (late delivery that resulted in not-quite-hot food) I was instantly comped the cost of my order back to my account. A speedy apology, and no questions asked.
The choice is wide and so far I've never found a dish that I didn't enjoy wholeheartedly. When out of town friends come to visit they always want to make sure we get dinner from Deliverance at least once during their stay.
I would absolutely recommend them if you're looking for something tasty but just can't quite drag yourself away from the TV to go out.

Inconsistent standards. A strange mix of good and terrible.
For instance last night I ordered Wonton Soup, Sesame Prawn Toast and 1/4 Aromatic Duck. The duck was fine. The sesame prawn toast was luscious, cooked just right with a thick meaty layer of prawn. Very good for food delivery and up to good restaurant standards. The wonton soup however was terrible. The wontons were the cheap frozen variety you get in asian supermarkets filled with soy protein and bits of cabbage. The noodles were soggy and over cooked. The soup base tasted like salty water.
Likewise their other food items. Their burgers are fantastic. Some of the best I have had, much better than places like Byron burger. Chunky chips are acceptable. The coleslaw is also fine, fresh, gourmet.
Their pizzas on the other hand have all been terrible. Sort of frozen, tasteless, with the toppings sliding off the base.
Bit of a game of roulette...
