The food and service was very terrible and I was very disappointed. There was not much flavour in the chicken saslik that I ordered and the naan were rubber to eat. I did not prefer the service of the waiters as there were not many of them around to take my order and my family and I have to wait 15 minutes before we could give our order and the wait was not worth it as the servings were barely warm. My family did not enjoy their meal properly and wanted to leave, but since we paid money we had to stay.
I am not coming here again ever!!

The worst food I have ever tasted in my life as there was no real taste in the food. The biryani had way too much flavour in it and made it hard for me to enjoy my meals properly.
The service was also very terrible. Eating here was the biggest mistake I ever made in my life!!!

My recent visit to Mogul was on 23rd of this month. Having visited this restaurant before I was stunned to see the value of the service and food go far down like this. The hot rice that I ordered was not properly warm, but nothing compared to the aachari gosht that I ordered which was terribly cold and stiff like rubber. What added more insult to the injury was the uncooked vegetables served as the dressing on my dish. As much as I was disappointed to see such terribly food quality, I was totally baffled by the customer service that was provided to me by the waiters. They seemed were less concerned about the customers, but more focused on their personal conversations. It was terrible to see such uncaring behaviour of the waiters.
I would have walked out of the restaurant if I had not paid full price for my food, but it was awful to see Mogul's standard go down like this since my last visit.
Very disappointing

Wandering around Greenwich looking for a new experience, but decided to visit the Mogul as we'd been there before and it was good, this visit the manager was very friendly and introduced us to his Head chef, both of whom had the grace to laugh when I said I hope he won't be cooking any heads today. Food was delicious, complimentary poppodums were served with a tasty shredded salad and delicious raita and the main course was wonderful. Also my wife had the set menu, which in some restaurants is a very basic dish, and she was delighted by it's wealth of flavour.

Went there yesterday and I was dazzled by the personal service I received from the executive chef . I asked for his recommendation and he suggest that I should order "imlee machi" and I was mesmerised by such tasty dish. I loved Mogul's food, it was the original, the best and the tastiest food to be ever prepared in the entire area of Greenwich. I will come here again, very soon and like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for such welcoming atmosphere, delicious dining and supreme service.

I went to Mogul restaurant last week and I was exceptionally happy with their service. My wife and kids were very comfortable as to the friendly service received by the head chef that also reflected into our complementary dishes. I was stunned to see a dazzling improvement since my last year’s visit. I was pleased and honoured to see the head chef was actually interacting with us as well others; the only type of receive expected to be seen in five star restaurants. I never expected to see this type of royal service as compared to the last time when I came to Mogul and was left disappointed. However, now to see the chef’s concern towards us customer show how much the Mogul cares for every single one of its customers, which is why I think they are the best Indian restaurant within the reach of Greenwich.
Along with its new speedy service, more authentic dishes and a milestone improvement in its service, I was also ecstatic with the environment and lively atmosphere within the restaurant. With two floor of seating space, we were very well nourished.
Spending a wonderful Saturday night with my family and kids at Mogul just made my day even more wonderful. I thank Mogul once again for this wonderful food and service and you’ll be seeing me again pretty soon.

A very tasty experience, above the standard food and absolutely astounding service. Mogul has been the finest restaurant that I have visited to this date not only because of their excellent service, but because they actually serve authentic INDIAN food.
The atmosphere could have been better, but several dishes just tantalized my taste buds. It was definitely value for money for me and it deserves a lot more acknowledge. I have already recommended it to many of my friends because they actually treat us customers with royalty. With complementary wines and free delivery, what more can a satisfied customer ask for.

I recently ate at the Mogul, and I would ignore all the bad reviews on here, I had a wonderful time. The food was excellent, and the service was also good, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
I often visit the Mogul, and the redecoration has made it all the more nice. Overall, I would hugely recommend the restaurant.

Disappointing. Food bog standard, dry chicken covered in sauce.
Service disappointing. Manager upstairs, needs training in customer service.
At end of meal, he came to table and asked: "Finished?" And cleared table without another word. Then nothing at all until a half-hearted "thank you" after he handed back my debit card.
It's also expensive for the food you get.
It's a shame because the setting downstairs is full of alcoves, almost like a wine cellar.
They also have no Indian competition in Greenwich town centre, so they seem s little smug, and indifferent.
There was definite frostiness when I ordered my drink, tap water with ice.
Really wish a decent Indian would open in Greenwich town centre, they would clean up.
