I am glad I didn't read the previous review before booking! I had a completely different experience organizing my friend's hen night. I found the reservation staff very helpful, she talked me through all the different options and was very clear on pricing. My girlfriends absolutely loved the club. We had the library room, which is absolutely stunning, like having your own country house. Very James Bond. We had our very own wait staff in the room - which was fab, it felt very VIP. The staff were really helpful and we knew what the bill would be as we had gone for a set price package. It is a high end place, but for what we got it was good value. We ordered sushi separately and it was very fresh and yummy. This place is very cool, high end, glamorous. Our Hen absolutely loved it We will definately retuning again soon, hopefully for my birthday party!

I organised a Karaoke birthday party for my boyfriend in August 2007. Having carried out extensive research on the different Karaoke places around in London, It seemed that Cousin Jill's Karaoke Lounge would be the best place to have this party. To my biggest dissapointment, I was wrong.

Leading up to the party, I had many conversations with the day-time manager (even made a special trip to the venue to meet her in person) with regards to the price and package they could offer me. From my understanding and from what was stated in my confirmation email was that £25 would be the minimum spend per person and this would count towards the hire charge, food and drinks. THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT THE CASE!!!!!! Infact, when the bill came, instead of it being close to £360 it was actually close to £600 for 3hours. None of us drank Alcohol (mostly bottled water and soft drinks) and the food wasn't fabulous. When I queried this total, a different manager in the evening said that £25 just covered the cost of room hire per person and admitted that the daytime manager has quoted wrongly to other customers in the past.

As for the Karaoke facilities, this was disappointing too. The televisions were old, the karaoke machines didn't have remote controls to key in the songs so my poor boyfriend had to kneel in front of the machine for 3 hours taking song requests.

I regret ever coming here, It was definitely not what i expected and poor value for money.

I strongly recommend you think twice before booking to come here.
